Why did not my order come in one package?
We ship your order from various warehouses (USA, Asia). Our inventory is distributed through several customer service centres so they can reach you faster. This means that the order containing several items can be sent individually. You can receive one item before the next. So do not panic if you do not get all of your items in one go ... they will come to you!
When will my order be shipped? I have not received a notification.
